Mission & Missionaries

We all, as believers in the Lord Jesus, have been given a new identity in Him—as missionaries set apart from the world, sanctified by the Word, and sent into the world. The Lord calls us to be “small Christs,” bearing Him to the ends of the earth. The pages of this book take us on a journey through the Scriptures toward a complete and holistic understanding of the biblical revelation of the divine commission, and complete before us the picture of God’s mind pertaining to mission. This biblical foundation provides essential guidance for our preparation as missionaries, equipping us to fulfill the divine commission while addressing the various hindrances and challenges we may face. In doing so, it releases our steps in mission so that we may bear manifold fruit to the delight of His heart.
